This is a spring loaded device. The loop is placed over the target and a light tug to the pole will release the snare locking on to the target. The pro-snare will never over tighten as it is designed to release once the pole is pushed forward slightly. This tool is ideal for animal control an unconscious human retrieval. The Pro Snare needs to be reset after each use. This comes with a D ring on the attachment to attach a line for stronger object retrieval.
